After 25 years as a corporate litigator in San Francisco handling large, complex litigation matters, Peter now practices exclusively in the area of trusts, wills and estates, including estate planning, trust administration and probate. Peter works with clients on designing and implementing their estate plans, from simple to complex, including living trusts, wills, powers of attorney and advanced health care directives. He helps clients navigate the complexities of estate planning, from big picture thinking to the myriad of details. He assists clients with property transfer agreements, transfer deeds and life insurance and retirement account beneficiary designations. He also works with trustees and executors on trust and estate administration matters, including the preparation of trust and estate accountings, and assists in the preparation of estate and gift tax returns.
